Pilates classes

The focus of this class is on body awareness and listening to your own body. We aim to strengthen the muscles with special emphasis on the power of the core, the position of the pelvis and correct body alignment.

The goal of this training is to enhance flexibility, expand and improve joint mobility as well as coordination and body control.
